How does the process for setting up a company work with the VZ Start-up Desk?

At an initial meeting, experts from VZ will look at your business idea and company name. We will also help you choose the right legal form.

Once this has been decided, we complete all the necessary forms and as your authorised representative, put together all the required documentation. When founding a public limited company (PLC) or limited liability company (LLC), this can include drafting the articles of association and entering the company in the commercial register. 

After transferring the start-up capital, we send you all the documents to be signed so that we can then forward them to the commercial register to be notarised.
